Rail Gen 2.0 New Customer Experience

With the new “Chatbot” function on MTR Mobile, simply input your destination, and the function will provide the MTR station(s) and exit(s) nearby, with a suggested route and estimated journey time.

Tap on the Kee Gor icon below on the MTR Mobile home screen to access the “Chatbot” function:

Simply input* your destination (e.g. shopping mall, street and number, restaurant, estate/building name, public facilities or school, etc.)

* This function supports inputs in English and Chinese (Cantonese), via text or voice input from mobile device

The function will provide the MTR station(s) and exit(s) nearby your destination. You may tap on the address and a walking path will be provided on a map which will lead you to your destination from the station exit

You may also tap on the “Travel by MTR” button, and then select your origin station. The function will instantly provide the suggested route and estimated journey time

We collaborate with Oriental Daily News to show how customers can get their journey information more conveniently with the use of our new Chatbot function.
